FUT ALPHA July 31, 2026 Update

July 31, 2026 is the first Roblox metadata update after the long February 28 stall — the build that introduced or confirmed the systems players now treat as standard: national-team kits, stamina, injuries, celebrations, and a bottom action bar. FUT: Group did not publish a numbered changelog. This page reconstructs the drop from in-match UI documented in August 1, 2026 community guides, tracker last-updated stamps, and Open Beta footage. Treat it as tester consensus for Place ID 88033955914813, not an official patch notes dump. If you last played in February or mid-July offline windows, do not assume infinite sprint or tackle-spam still works.

National teams and match feel

Lobbies label benches with country names. Players spawn in national kits — Norway and Argentina in white in recent clips, England in white versus France in blue. Sides stay small-sided (community reports around eight names split across two teams), so scorelines swing fast. This is original FUT: Group theming, not the licensed FIFA Super Soccer World Cup event on Roblox.

Stamina, injuries, and the action bar

A stamina bar drains as you sprint and dribble. Empty the bar early and you arrive in the box with nothing left to explode. Tackling now has a real cost: win a challenge, then get caught in a return tackle, and an INJURED bar with a countdown pins you to the ground. The bottom action bar lists SHOOT, PASS, LONG, TACKLE, and DRIBBLE. LONG is the long-ball input — not a second shoot button. Bindings on PC still include WASD plus a large skill-move set (R/T cuts, V/B stepovers, N rainbow, and more). Confirm labels each session; Open Beta HUD can shift.

Celebrations and what did not ship

After a goal, a celebrate menu appears before restart. Documented options include Arrow, Calma Calma, Passinho, Fake Shoot, and Aura Farm — poses and particle trails, not extra stats. Still missing after July 31: a verified code redemption box, voice chat, and a permanent public changelog. Codes remain empty through August 19. Voice chat is listed as not supported.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is July 31 the same as the February 28 update?
No. February 28 was the previous public metadata stamp. July 31 is the next listed drop before the August 19 Open Beta timestamp.
Did official patch notes publish?
Not as a permanent public page. This wiki summarizes verified UI and community reports.
Does the World Cup mode use all 48 FIFA teams?
No. FUT ALPHA is not FIFA-licensed. You play original national-kit matchups in small-sided lobbies.
Can I sprint the whole match?
No. The stamina bar is designed to stop that. Save a burst for the final third.
Where is Open Beta context?
See the August 19, 2026 status page for visits, rating, and the 18-player cap.

FUT ALPHA is in Open Beta as of August 2026. Mechanics, server size, and access windows can still change between builds.
