Information we may collect
Standard server logs may record IP addresses, browser user agents, requested URLs, and timestamps for security and performance debugging. If we enable analytics (such as privacy-oriented traffic counters), aggregated visit statistics help prioritize which guides to update after FUT: Group patches.
Voluntary submissions — email for corrections, Discord messages linked from maintainer profiles — contain whatever you choose to share. Do not send Roblox passwords, payment data, or government IDs through unofficial wiki channels.
We do not sell personal information. Pre-Alpha excitement sometimes attracts scam sites; futalpha.wiki will not request Roblox credentials on any form.
How information is used and retained
Logs and analytics inform editorial priorities: e.g., spikes on codes/active after fake YouTube promos may trigger clearer FUT 25 distinction banners. Security logs may be retained briefly to investigate abuse, then rotated out.
Correction emails may be kept until resolved, then deleted or anonymized unless legal obligations require longer retention. Aggregated analytics contain no direct identifiers in reports we review.
Third-party embeds such as YouTube overview videos on guide pages may set their own cookies when you interact with players. Review YouTube's policies before logged-in playback.

Children's privacy: we do not knowingly collect personal data from children through structured forms. Roblox itself enforces age-related rules for FUT ALPHA play under its platform policies.
Third-party links and embeds

We minimize tracking-heavy embeds where possible, but YouTube players remain valuable for visual learners exploring FUT ALPHA mechanics. Consider privacy-enhanced embed modes if we adopt them in future site builds.
Affiliate links, if ever introduced for merchandise, will be disclosed plainly — none are assumed in July 2026 policy text. Fan wikis should stay trustworthy first, monetized second. Roblox account credentials remain out of scope for any futalpha.wiki form forever.
Data retention and correction requests
Correction emails may be retained until resolved, then deleted or anonymized unless legal obligations require longer retention. We do not build marketing profiles from wiki readers in July 2026 deployments described here.
If you request access or deletion under GDPR-style rights, provide enough detail to locate your message thread. Impersonation requests are ignored.
Analytics aggregates contain no names — only counts. We cannot tell "who" read a page, only how many approximate visits occurred in a period. Correction requests are answered in plain language without legal jargon when possible. We cannot delete your Roblox account data from here — use Roblox account settings for platform privacy. Wiki emails are for corrections only, never account recovery.
